In particular, we will undertake a valuation and a review of the accounting area (nature and organization of the business, description of the accounting standards used, corporate profitability, financial position and review of individual areas), of the tax area (contentious proceedings underway, tax returns completed, contingent liabilities) and legal issues (corporate structure, financial and business contracts).
