  • The course objective is that of analyzing the possible interventions in the field of extraordinary finance, evaluating the various financial, legal and tax aspects of purchasing transactions. The course program is addressed to corporate service providers, analysts from Credit Management in banks and merchant banks, independent contractors (bookkeepers and certified public accountants, lawyers, company lawyers), wanting to specialize in corporate finance.
