Statement of privacy policy, in accordance with Section 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Law on Protection of Personal Data), and request for your consent to the processing of your data.
1. Legislative Decree 196/2003 introduced the law on the protection of personal data. In accordance with the requirements of this law, the processing of personal information by our organization is based on principles of honesty, legality and transparency as well as the protection of confidentiality and the rights of those to whom the information refers.
2. In this context, we provide you with the disclosure required by article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and ask you to express your consent to the processing of personal data as specified below for the following purposes:
a. to handle your request for information and/or booking in order to give you relevant information thereto.
3. Providing your personal information is optional. If data is not given, is incomplete or incorrect, it may, however, be impossible to provide you the services requested. 
4. As a customer or potential customer, the data to be processed are generally common data, essentially being for personal identification. Should you indicate in the fields that call for a specific indication of data that,  in accordance with article 4 letter d) of Legislative Decree 196/2003, are sensitive, and as such, need special protection, we hereby inform you that these data will be processed by us within the limits under the Personal Data Protection Code.
5. The processing of data collected will be made through hard copies and/or electronic data-processing in accordance with current legal regulations.
6. Please note that our organization takes the necessary organizational, physical and logical measures to ensure data security, with particular regard to the provisions of Annex B of Presidential Decree 196/2003 (Technical regulations to ensure minimum security measures).
7. Please note that you may always exercise your rights before us, according to article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 like, for example, updating, correction or deletion of the data you have submitted.
